About the course
This course will teach you how from the basics to the more advanced Pilates exercises to get a ripped midriff. There’s loads of easy exercises to help you strengthen your core and extend your muscles to reduce any risk of injury when you do any other activities.
You’ll learn how to breathe during exercises and work the core muscles, using your spine to stretch and how to relax to maximise the stretch for more mobility and flexibility.
