This 1 day course follows the customer journey from making the initial enquiry by phone, email, Internet or walking into the showroom, through to completing the deal to buy their new car.
Analysing each step of the journey to understand the process, the customers thinking process, how to qualify the customer, matching their requirements to the cars, conducting the test drive, the negotiation and closing the deal.
Once the course is finished, delegates will be provided with a Certificate to confirm completion.
