About the course

ICS Learn's new CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Learning & Development Programmes are supported by experienced L&D professionals via their tried and tested Blended Learning delivery method.

This course covers the essential knowledge and skills to be an effective L&D practitioner. You will gain an understanding of the environment and contexts within which L&D practitioners, management and workers interact and become familiar with current research on approaches to human resource management and development in L&D, helping you become an effective manager as well as an L&D practitioner.

The Blended Learning CIPD course delivery includes fully supported learning from an experienced industry tutor and ICS Learn's mentor team who will provide you with ongoing support from the moment you enrol until the day you graduate. You also have access to an online Student Community and have face to face study support workshops throughout your studies. Structure of Qualification

To achieve the CIPD Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Development, you need a total of 120 credits.

Students must complete all four core modules, giving a total of 60 credits.

Students must then complete all three modules from Group A and one optional modules from Group B to give an additional 60 credits

Resourcing and Talent Management - (15 credits)
Managing Employment Relations - (15 credits)
Reward Management - (15 credits)
Employment Law - (15 credits)
